Description
The KAF Holder Push Plug combines an L-shaped supporting body with a stepped cylindrical operating end. It is designed to locate, retain, push, or actuate a mating component while transferring force through a compact mechanical arrangement. Accurate geometry is important so the plug seats correctly, follows the required movement path, and operates without binding or excessive play.

Used in a holder, locating, retaining, pushing, or actuation position within a selected Honda motorcycle mechanical assembly. The orientation, travel, engagement length, and mating features must be verified against the original assembly.

Dimensions and tolerances
Produced to an approved drawing, master sample, or dimensional inspection schedule. Diameter, bore, length, flange or collar thickness, concentricity, runout, surface finish, and working clearances are confirmed before production; no unverified nominal dimensions are assumed.
Quality control
Inspection can include body profile, arm angle, pin and step diameters, shoulder position, perpendicularity, overall length, contact-face condition, hardness, finish, and functional checking with an approved gauge or mating sample.
Packaging
Clean, dry, protective bulk or partitioned packaging is available, with rust-prevention treatment, labels, batch identification, and buyer-specified domestic or export packing confirmed in the quotation.
